3/7/26 Sunshine Saturday!!
There’s something truly magical about practicing twists and tree pose with sand between your toes and salt in the air. 🌴 Today we moved through grounding flows that reminded us to slow down, feel the earth beneath us, and breathe it all in.
We wrung out the tension, found our roots, and let the sound of the waves carry away whatever we didn’t need anymore. 🌊

Tree pose on the beach is a whole different experience, your body just knows it’s somewhere special.

3/4- Wonderful Wednesday 🧘‍♀️ Today was the perfect morning for beach yoga. The sun was bright and we practiced balancing in the soft sand. It's a great way to start the day! Rise and shine! 🌞🙏🏻
