Meet us near the water, where the rhythm of the ocean becomes the soundtrack to your practice, and discover the transformative power of yoga. We begin in Warrior I, rising with strength as the ocean reminds us to stay steady even when the waves move 🌞

From power, we soften—melting into a deep hip flexor stretch, releasing stored tension, emotion, and effort.

We close low and slow with hamstring yin poses, letting gravity do the work as the breath rolls in and out like the tide.

Strength ➝ Surrender ➝ Stillness
This is beach yoga—where effort meets ease ✨
