I started in my mind almost 10 years ago. To see this come to life during the past six months has been incredible. I have already seen so many incredible clients grow and develop into their potential and heal from so much hurt. I know this is just the beginning and I am hoping to build an incredible team of providers to change the quality and accessibility of mental health care provided. We have some big things coming and I hope to be back on social media sharing importing information about mental health and well-being.

I’ve been working hard and am so beyond excited to be opening Breakthrough Psychology Group.

10+ years in the making to get here. A thousand blessings and head starts in life and a thousand barriers and black holes I crawled out of.

All of that has made me who I am today and drives my work and service to my clients.
