My friend Juliana Dennis recently introduced me to this balance and mobility program, and it reminded me of something important:
Balance isn't just for seniors who have already had a fall. Even if you're active and go to the gym, balance training should be part of your fitness plan after 65.
The goal isn't recovery, it's prevention.
