Today, we’re spotlighting Erika Smith, our Director of Revenue Cycle, who began making dietary and lifestyle changes just a few months ago.
Hear from Erika in her own words:
“I began intermittent fasting in February 2025 to focus on improving my health overall.
Although I was working out 4-5 times per week prior to fasting, I still was unable to improve my energy levels, improve health markers, or lose weight. With a family and personal history of high cholesterol, I wanted to see if this change would alter my blood cholesterol levels. I also check my blood glucose to see what foods spike my levels to go out of range.
In a 3-month period, I’ve lost 16 pounds and feel so much better. I’ve made a lifestyle choice that I will keep for the rest of my life.”
