It's easy to get discouraged, but stay mindful. Sometimes you have to zig when you want to zag. You will encounter landslides, tsunamis, and incongruities. There will be chaos in your life. Create circumstances for yourself, and ignite passion within. Find your focus, and flexibility. Be consciously involved in your voyage. Embrace your journey, and mindfully overcome just ordinary. During the pandemic it really hit home to me how we are so utterly alone at different times, and stages of our lives. How we often settle for living medicore lives on auto pilot instead of living our best lives ever, and finding a life of fulfillment.

So after months and months of research, and talking to colleagues much smarter than I, I jumped in with both feet and went back to school to become certified as a life coach.

Within the last 8 months I became a Professional Life Coach certified by Coach Training Alliance. I also hold additional certifications and education in Positive Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Codependency to Independent, and a Christian Coaching Certification from the World Coach Institute (ongoing).

I'm also a junior member of the ICF-Central Florida Charter Chapter.
