We each have four main energy bodies: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. While they may feel separate, they are deeply interconnected what affects one will ripple through the others.

It’s great when we work on our healing, but we often forget that healing is just as much about connecting with ourselves both our light and our shadow. It’s about learning who you are, what you like and don’t like, and how you connect with yourself.

Sometimes we get so focused on peeling back the layers that we forget to truly live. We drift away from ourselves, neglecting our own needs, wants, and desires. We lean on others to fill our cups, expecting them to meet all of our needs. This places an unfair burden on the people we love when our expectations are set too high.

Take time to be alone, to discover who you are, and to start filling your own cup. 💕
