Why our students lose weight with the practice of Shamanic Tiger Qigong?

While the physical aspects of diet and exercise are important, experts agree that weight control is significantly influenced by psychological and emotional factors.

The tiger emerges from the cave Qigong exercises.

We had another Shamanic Drum Workshop 🦬 🦅 🐺 🫎
A shaman without a drum is like a rider without a horse.
The participants had the opportunity to explore
the Si Fang " five directions, Medicine wheel, emotions , colors, Totems of different ancient traditions and drumming rhythms connected with the elements.

This workshop is perfect for sound-healer practitioners, yoga instructors, energy workers, and anyone seeking a deeper connection to ancestral wisdom.

Our next Shamanic drum Workshop will be Saturday, January 17th 2026.
