Advanced Senior Solutions Story

Advanced Senior Solutions is an Aging Life Care™ Management Agency established in August 2000 by Lory Smeltzer, a Certified Aging Life Care™ Manager who has over 25 years of Mental Health Case Management and Medical Social Services experience in the Tampa Bay area.

We are a full service consulting agency committed to addressing the medical, emotional, functional and financial needs of seniors, disabled adults and their families. We are strong advocates who monitor our client’s care and services they receive whether they are at home, in assisted living, rehab, hospital, or in a nursing facility.

We begin by conducting a Comprehensive Assessment followed by creating an individualized Plan of Care which outlines the areas of concern that we’ve identified along with our corresponding recommendations. Then we custom design an Action Plan that prioritizes the concerns and matches them to the appropriate services that best accommodates the client and their family’s unique needs.

Our goal is to extend one’s ability to maintain a level of independent living, helping them to age in place, while achieving the highest level of functioning and safety. Every one of our services is designed to address ALL of our client’s care needs.
