Did you know your brain is floating in fluid? 🧠 CSF (cerebrospinal fluid) circulates by the movement of your sacrum and occiput. When the fluid circulates properly it stimulates your parasympathetics (your rest and digest). 😴 This is the same reason why babies liked to be rocked and older folks like rocking chairs!
