This evening, we were delighted to join Cynthia, her family, and some of our Jewish residents as they celebrated Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. Through our participation in Hebrew prayers and symbolic rituals, such as dipping apples in honey to wish for a sweet new year and sharing Challah with raisins to represent the calendar's circularity, we were honored to experience this rich cultural tradition. 🍯🎉🕯️🍎
