We’re thrilled to introduce our newest personal trainer, Dutch! With a background that reflects dedication, compassion, and respect, Dutch brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our team.

Dutch proudly served 4 years in the Marine Corps and 4 years in the Coast Guard, where he discovered his passion for helping others and supporting his community. Becoming a personal trainer was the perfect way for him to combine that passion with his love for fitness.

Dutch is now welcoming new clients and is eager to build lasting partnerships to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Turkey Burn & Pumpkin Spice Gains

Warm-Up (5 minutes):

1. Turkey Trot Jog: Light jogging in place to get the heart rate up.
2. Dynamic Stretching: Arm circles, leg swings, and torso twists to prepare the muscles.

Main Workout (20 minutes):

3. Pumpkin Squats (4 minutes): Holding a pumpkin or a weighted object, perform squats to engage the lower body.

4. Cranberry Cardio (5 minutes): High knees, jumping jacks, and mountain climbers for a burst of cardiovascular activity.

5. Sweet Potato Lunges (4 minutes): Alternating lunges while holding a sweet potato or another weighted item.

6. Turkey Plank Challenge (4 minutes): Hold a plank position, and for an extra challenge, lift one arm or leg at a time.

7. Stuffing Strength (3 minutes): Bodyweight exercises like push-ups, tricep dips, and plank rows.

Cool Down (5 minutes)

8. Pilates Pumpkin Stretch: Seated stretches using a pumpkin as a prop for flexibility.

9. Gratitude Meditation: End the workout with a few minutes of mindful breathing and reflection, expressing gratitude for health and strength.

Remember to modify the intensity based on your fitness level, and stay hydrated throughout the workout. Happy Thanksgiving workout! 🦃💪
