Every exhausted woman needs to know about Organic Acids (here are my results so that I can explain)

Something was "wrong," and I knew it in my bones. So I trusted myself and ran deeper testing.

This panel is called an Organic Acids Test, and it showed what standard labs never could.

☑️ My gut was overrun with yeast (no wonder my bloating and cravings were constant)

Here are 5 things to gently stop if you’re ready for a flatter, more comfortable tummy:

🚫 Stop sipping fancy drinks all day
Juices, kombucha, flavored water, and “wellness” sodas are often full of sneaky sugars and bloat-triggering additives. Stick to clean water, plain tea, or black coffee only.

🍞 Stop eating grains
Even gluten-free ones. Grains like wheat, oats, corn, and rice feed gut inflammation and slow digestion. Your belly will thank you when you take a break from them.

🍽 Stop eating just because it’s “mealtime”
Tune in to your body. Wait for true hunger...yes, the kind with real belly growls. Eating without hunger can overload digestion and lead to major puffiness.

📉 Stop eating more than 75g of carbs per day
Carbs pull water into the gut, spike insulin, and cause bloat. Reducing carbs can be a total game-changer, just taper down slowly.

🌙 Stop staying up too late
Your digestive system needs quality sleep to work properly. Late nights slow motility and trigger morning bloating. Beauty sleep is real, friend.

You’ve probably seen Akkermansia everywhere lately. It’s all over social media, in ads, on podcasts, being called the “magic” fix for gut health.

Let me share something real with you…

Here's the truth: just because something is trending doesn’t mean it’s what you need.

💚 This is my actual gut test (yes, in the picture), and you’ll see my Akkermansia muciniphila is perfectly balanced. No need to supplement. No need to “fix” what isn’t broken.

But if I had followed the online hype without testing, I would’ve been chasing the wrong thing.
Where’s my real issue? 👉 In the Firmicutes phylum. That’s where my imbalance is and that’s what actually needs support.

I love that so many women are becoming more proactive and educated about their health. General advice will only take you so far. If you want real results, you need a plan that’s based on you.

💗Many women assume that Peri/Menopause symptoms are caused by low estrogen. While that’s partly true, what often gets overlooked is that progesterone actually declines much earlier and more dramatically than estrogen.

This creates a hormonal imbalance known as estrogen dominance where there’s too much estrogen relative to progesterone, even if both are technically “low.”

Estrogen dominance is a common but under-recognized root cause of symptoms like mood swings, stubborn weight gain (especially around the middle), poor sleep, heavy periods, breast tenderness, and brain fog.

This imbalance affects your brain chemistry, metabolism, and detox pathways, and it can start showing up years before your period stops.

If you’ve been experiencing any of these symptoms and were told it’s “just aging,” it may be time to look deeper.
