🧬Most people have heard of MTHFR by now. It’s the “celebrity” gene that everyone talks about when they dive into DNA and methylation.
..And yes it’s important...But here’s the truth:
💡 Methylation is not the most important genes, by itself.
It’s a symphony of dozens of genes that regulate detoxification, hormones, neurotransmitters, inflammation, and energy production.
If you focus only on MTHFR, you’re seeing one instrument in an entire orchestra.
I do a DNA analysis with my patients, and these are the genes I’d look at (the entire symphony).
