🎉 Celebrating 10 Years of Outstanding Neurology Care!

Today we are proud to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the MS & Neuromuscular Center of Excellence, serving patients across Clearwater and the Greater Tampa Bay Area since July 1, 2015.

Founded by Dr. Jean-Raphael Schneider and his mother, Terry Schneider, the MS & Neuromuscular Center of Excellence has had a simple goal from the beginning:
💙 Provide expert, compassionate care for people living with multiple sclerosis and neuromuscular conditions
💙 Make every visit as smooth, efficient, and stress-free as possible
💙 Create a welcoming space where patients feel supported and valued

We started small — just five people determined to make a difference. Today, we’ve grown into a trusted care team with:
✅ 4 board-certified neurologists
✅ 2 experienced nurse practitioners
✅ 15 dedicated support staff
✅ A modern clinic with an on-site infusion suite, designed for your comfort

As we celebrate this milestone, we also honor Terry Schneider, who is retiring after 10 incredible years of helping build a practice where patients always come first.

🧡 We’re walking for a world free of MS — and we’re almost there! 🧡

Tomorrow, our team at the MS & Neuromuscular Center of Excellence and Medical will be joining the National Multiple Sclerosis Society for the annual Tampa Bay MS Walk at Al Lopez Park.

🕗 Site Opens: 8:00 AM
🎤 Ceremony Startz: 8:50 AM
🚶 Walk Kickoff: 9:00 AM (1-mile or 3-mile route options)

This cause is close to our hearts. Every step we take honors the resilience of those living with MS and supports the search for a cure.

“ I must commend Dr. Jean-Raphael Schneider as one of the best specialists and physicians with whom I was given the opportunity to have an appointment.
He is indeed one of the few medical doctors that I know who is absolutely professional, meticulous, and knowledgeable. He builds a personal relationship with his patients since he has mastered the art of communicating all the essentials necessary for the patients healing. He is very thorough in his approach and one leaves his office with a more comprehensive knowledge of one's health issues and the necessary steps to take for changing one's life styles. After following his directives and recommendations, l am already seeing a wonderful change in my health. He can explain very well how our neurotransmitters and brain plasticity have an effect on our whole being. AMAZING physician. My mom has MS, and we were searching for a great neurologist. A friend of a friend recommended him and we initially couldn’t get her in until several months out but were called and given next day appt from cancellation list. This physician was probably the best doctor I have ever been to/taken my mom to. Thorough, explained thought process, and also great bedside manner. His front desk staff was great too. I typically don’t write reviews, but was so impressed by his professionalism and bedside manner, I made a point to write one this time.
