Bella is the kind of teammate who leads by example—always ready to lend a hand, find a solution, and go the extra mile to ensure our residents are engaged, supported, and smiling. Whether she’s organizing activities, helping a colleague, or brightening someone’s day with her warm presence, Bella truly represents the heart of our mission.

On top of her outstanding work at The Oaks, Bella is also pursuing a degree in psychology at St. Petersburg College—bringing even more depth and dedication to everything she does.
