I’m new to Clearwater and still getting to know the area. It has been challenging, but I am available at the Risoldi Family Chiropractic office, Champion Wellness Center.

Dr. Mike is great; because of him, the team has great, uplifting energy!

I’ve been using Young Living Essential oils for over 16 years, and they are the most trusted; I truly believe in their therapeutic benefits.

This blend is designed to help you relax, calm your mind, and enjoy a more restful sleep. I truly hope you find comfort in its soothing aroma.

🌙✨ Create your own dreamy pillow spray with this simple recipe!

Ingredients:
💤 1-ounce glass spray bottle
💤 ½ teaspoon isopropyl alcohol or witch hazel
💤 10 drops Lavender
💤 5 drops Cedarwood
💤 3 drops Roman Chamomile
💤 Distilled water

Instructions:
1. Pour the alcohol or witch hazel into the spray bottle.
2. Add the essential oils.
3. Fill the bottle with distilled water, then shake well.
4. Use a few spritzes on your pillow as you get ready for bed.
