For anyone who needs to calm their nervous system, most especially my Latino and immigrant communities out there. Replace the words with whatever makes sense to you and repeat at least 2-3 times. Then, breath deeply and see how you feel. If you still feel disregulated, stressed, and worried, do it again taking deep, diaphragmatic breaths as you move through all of the tapping points. If you feel like crying, let it come! That's the release your body needs. Sending love to you all! π
