With the weather threatening, many studios are canceling classes, but you can still join a class with Brook this weekend from home. It is also absolutely free!

Log on at 5:00 pm on Sunday's for a whole body practice that also works with breath and meditation.

This week we will focus on building a little heat to fight the cold, and finding some space to rest.

Class is suitable for all ages, bodies and levels of practice, whether you're a new beginner, or practioner for decades.

Stay warm inside, and let's play! You might be surprised at how nice it is to practice at home with your teacher. ❤
