Awareness and ergonomic adjustments:
1. Be mindful of your posture throughout the day, whether standing, sitting, or using electronic devices.
2. Adjust your computer monitor so the top third is at eye level, ensuring your neck remains neutral.
3. Ensure proper seating with lumbar support, feet flat on the floor, and hips level with or slightly higher than your knees.
4. Hold smartphones and tablets at eye level to avoid bending your neck forward.
