🏒💙 From puck drop to the final buzzer, Tuesday night’s Hockey Talks Night was full of positive energy, uplifting mental health awareness and delivering a Bolts win!

A few of our board members, staff, program leaders, and volunteers were thrilled to come together for an unforgettable evening focused on shining a light on the importance of mental health. It was an honor to celebrate alongside fellow mental health advocates and partners, and to meet new supporters in our community.

A special highlight of the evening was a meet-and-greet with Bolts player , a longtime supporter of our affiliate. Board President Shayla O’Keeffe and Secretary Erika Evans had a wonderful time thanking Victor for his support, as well as connecting with JT from , also a strong supporter of .

A big thank you to .blue and the for making these amazing moments possible and for their continued support of mental health.

With a win on the scoreboard and meaningful conversations in the stands, we’re breaking stigma and moving mental health forward one game at a time.

The community is full immense gratitude.

Thank YOU! 💚

Wrapping up the season of giving with gratitude 💙

While the holiday season can be tricky for those navigating challenges, wellness reached teens across Pinellas County thanks to the generosity of BayCare.

With their support, we donated wellness bags full of creative tools designed to encourage unplugging, mindfulness, and self-expression, handpicked by our Youth Initiatives team and Youth MOVE Pinellas board, just for teens.

These bags were lovingly assembled by volunteers (who included handwritten notes of positive affirmations) and distributed to three amazing partners:

✨ the City of Pinellas Park, FL’s brand-new teen center, The Hub
✨ the Largo Public Library for their teen programming
✨ Family Resources, supporting teens experiencing homelessness at their Clearwater and St. Pete youth shelters

It's true that they say: it takes a village. We are beyond grateful to work with funders and community organizations that believe in investing in mental wellness for all.
