Back in 2018, as a new yoga teacher, Russell Janssen, DC & Linda took a chance on me, letting me teach here on Saturdays. The connections I’ve made and the community we’ve built will always hold a special place in my heart.

Now, Dr. Kyle and I continue the tradition with Gentle Yoga every Saturday at 9:30 AM—just $10 to keep it accessible for all.
