🏒⚡ Our leadership team had a fantastic time attending the Florida Chapter HFMA Central Region Networking Event and Tampa Bay Lightning vs. Pittsburgh Penguins game with our business partner Samstaff yesterday.

✈️ Today, our Founder & CEO, Dr. Tarman Aziz, MD, CCDS and our Chief Operating Officer Anna Rusinowski had the opportunity to participate in the third Delta Air Lines' Supplier Academy Series (SAS) session, led by Delta Global Sales leadership and partners.

This session focused on Delta’s sales approach across a range of functions, including sales innovation, sales development, partnership management, and sales leadership.

The discussion offered valuable insight into Delta’s sales appetite, how strategy shifts across customer segments, and how to think more intentionally about the sales cycle, scalable growth, and client acquisition.

📈 For CDIQ Consulting, this was more than a session. It was a meaningful opportunity to learn from experienced sales leaders, ask questions and better understand what disciplined, strategic growth can look like in practice.

We want to take a moment to recognize our Founder & CEO, Dr. Tarman Aziz, MD, CCDS and the selfless spirit he brought to the Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) community throughout 2025.

🎓 Throughout 2025, Dr. Aziz designed and delivered free national monthly webinars on advanced CDI practice, clinical validation, risk adjustment, and physician engagement.

➡️ He launched a free YouTube channel to make this education available on demand nationwide and helped build the CDIQ Learning Hub Facebook Group, creating welcoming spaces where CDI specialists, Health Information Management (HIM) professionals, coding teams, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) leaders could continue learning together.

In February 2025, he served as a presenter for the AHIMA Virtual Coding Summit.

In October 2025, he led an in-person pre-conference CDI workshop at the Conference in Minneapolis.

In May 2025, he authored an AHIMA article that translated complex clinical documentation and clinical validation topics into practical guidance for frontline professionals.

To protect candidate quality and ensure strong role alignment, CDIQ Consulting will serve as the primary intake and screening team before any candidate is submitted for partner and client review.

Experienced inpatient CDI specialists to fulfill multiple open positions supporting a prestigious health system in the United States.

2. A structured screening interview focused on clinical reasoning, query quality, and case-based decision-making.
