CDIQ Consulting is a physician-founded and physician-led healthcare consulting and education firm specializing in Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI), coding defensibility, denials prevention, and documentation-to-data performance improvement.

We have partnered with a national healthcare staffing organization to support multiple hospital clients. To protect candidate quality and ensure strong role alignment, CDIQ Consulting will serve as the primary intake and screening team before any candidate is submitted for partner and client review.

We are seeking:

Inpatient CDI Specialists

Full-time | Contract | Temp to Perm | 100% Remote | Multiple Positions

Position Highlights:

Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED required

· RHIT, RHIA, RN, CCS, CRC, CCS-P, or International/Domestic Medical Degree accepted

· 3+ years Inpatient CDI experience in a large facility

· BSN and CDIP or CCDS preferred (CCS and/or CRC a huge plus)

· Experience with 3M360, Optum, and Epic

· Background in Trauma or Transplants

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

CDIQ Intake and Screening Process

Candidates must complete:

1. A brief diagnostic assessment aligned with inpatient CDI workflow and documentation standards.

2. A structured screening interview focused on clinical reasoning, query quality, and case-based decision-making.

Candidates who successfully complete CDIQ Consulting's intake will then move to partner and client vetting for final approval and interviews. Hospital client details will be shared after initial CDIQ qualification.

💗 🎗️ Today, CDIQ Consulting's Chief Operating Officer Anna Rusinowski kicked off the 2026 Breast Cancer Committee Kickoff Meeting, sharing personal and professional insights to help strengthen metastatic breast cancer (MBC) education and community support nationwide.

💬 In her role on the committee, she helped draft oncology education concepts that will be shared with cancer centers nationwide and also delivered nationally through online education.

She brought a patient-centered voice to the work by sharing firsthand experiences with obtaining clear, timely information as a patient, and she added a Health Information Management (HIM) perspective to support education that is accurate, accessible, and actionable.

🤝 Working alongside a global pharmaceutical company in partnership with a cancer advocacy organization, she also collaborated with a community of other MBC patients to brainstorm what education in healthcare should look like in the real world, how patients prefer to receive information, and what clinicians can do to improve understanding, trust, and follow-through.

💗 We are proud of Anna as she continues to use her voice and experience as an 11+ year breast cancer survivor in practice, helping shape education that can support thousands nationwide.
