CDIQ Consulting exploded on the scene with a clear mission, Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) that strengthens both quality and financial performance and turned it into real momentum, real deliverables, and real community impact.
In 2025, our Founder & CEO Dr. Tarman Aziz, MD, CCDS authored โAdvancing Documentation Integrity: Policy Strategies for Accurate ATN Capture and Risk Adjustmentโ in the Journal of AHIMA, reinforcing our commitment to documentation integrity that holds up under scrutiny and supports accurate, risk-adjusted outcomes.
Later in the year, CDIQ Consulting stepped onto the AHIMA25 pre-conference stage in Minneapolis with โEnhancing Inpatient CDI Outcomes: Best Practices in Documentation and Coding,โ a hands-on session centered on high-risk inpatient conditions and the evolving impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on documentation workflows.
Our work stayed anchored to Association of Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialists (ACDIS) standards and the daily realities of CDI professionals, with education designed to translate into stronger collaboration, cleaner claims, and better defensibility.
๐ฆ Behind the spotlight, we delivered thousands of hours of advanced CDI education, supported certification success for many learners, built structured learning pathways and continued offering free educational webinars that kept our community connected.
We are also incredibly proud of the many collaborations and partnerships we built along the way, and grateful for the trust, shared goals, and energy that made those relationships possible.
If 2025 taught us anything, it is that consistency compounds. We are ready to build bigger, serve deeper, and keep raising the bar for what CDI education and consulting can deliver.
