One of my favorite things is when guests start to realize that massage therapy is an integral part of their health care routine.

A regular client, we will call her “Ouralina” has been visiting the studio for almost four years 😻

But it wasn’t until she received an ŌURA ring this past holiday season that she was able to truly track the benefit of her regular massages.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the ŌURA ring, it collects A LOT of data. One of which is stress level. All day long, this tiny little ring is tracking your heart rate, body temp, whatever else it tracks and it will tell you how much of your day has been in a stressed state of mind vs a relaxed or restored state of mind.

Ouralina, my guest, regularly stays in the “stressed” zone - except for when she is :
