As a therapist, I have worked with severe and persistent mentally ill clients with co-occurring substance and/or alcohol addiction. Specialty areas include, anxiety, depression, coping skills, and relaxation techniques. I practice and teach yoga on a regular basis and believe in a holistic approach to mental health counseling, acknowledging the importance of mind/body/soul connection. Through empo
