Things I’ve learned in my 20s… 💭💙
• Your mental health matters just as much as your physical health
• Rest is productive—you don’t have to earn it
• Not everyone is meant to stay in your life, and that’s okay
• Setting boundaries is self-respect, not selfishness
• Healing isn’t linear—and that’s normal
• Asking for help is a strength, not a weakness
• What works for someone else might not work for you—and that’s okay
• You can outgrow old versions of yourself
• Small habits (routine, clean space, movement) really do make a difference
• It’s okay to not feel okay—but you don’t have to stay stuck there
One of the biggest lessons? There are more options than you think when it comes to feeling better.
For those who haven’t found relief with traditional approaches, treatments like TMS therapy offer a non-invasive option with little to no downtime—and it’s helping so many people take back control of their mental health.
Your 20s are about learning, growing, and figuring things out—but you don’t have to do it alone.
If you’re struggling, support is out there. And it might look different (and more hopeful) than you expect. 💙
