On Thursday, September 18th, 2025, we gathered for our 62nd annual banquet, and it truly warmed my heart to see everyone dressed in their finest. This past year has had its challenges, but we’ve also created beautiful memories together, and I’m grateful for each of you. Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us. We’re thrilled to share that our Culinary Institute and café are well on their way to completion! 🎉 The single-serve line, as well as the ceiling and flooring, are nearing their final stages. We're making remarkable progress and look forward to providing more updates soon!

Exciting construction news! Our Culinary Institute and café are coming to life! 🎉 The ceiling is freshly painted, the cooler is set up, and we've got the circuit breaker installed and double doors in place for deliveries. We're making amazing strides forward! Can't wait to share more with you!
