I was born in Olklahoma City, Olklahoma and my Son was born in San Diego, California…this photo was taken in 1992 in San Diego..fun fact about me I never learned to swim but I’m always at the darn beach..lol

Eventhough he’s grown now with 3 beautiful babies (My Grandbabies) As a Mother, watching your child grow into the Man he was meant to be is one of life’s greatest blessings…

My son is doing amazing, and while I couldn’t be more proud of the person he has become, I always reflect of the times it was him and I against the world...

No matter how grown he is, in my heart he will always be my Baby Michael….

Distance makes the moments we now share even more special..and I’m so grateful that I get to see him this week… ✈️

I met Andre in , also through a mutual friend .b.o.m.s Asia was born in , and raised in , …

Andre and I went to to visit his family, we also did a mini trip to visit my family..to be honest that was my first time in Michigan and I’m not sure who took this photo of us or where it was taken 🤦🏾‍♀️ but I do know it’s so important to visit family and keep in touch..

That trip was so fun…I wish our kids Grandparents were still here today..but they are in Heaven looking over us…

I know I drive Andre crazy 🤪 because he tells me all the time lol..but I’m so thankful that all these years he has been a part of Asia’s life and that we can still be the best parents for our Daughter who next year will no longer been in her teens….

Being a single Mom has been the greatest BLESSING of my life.

God trusted me with two beautiful children—my Son, Baby Michael and my Daughter, Asia Capri…

I may not have had the “perfect picture” family, but I had love, strength, and faith.

Every long night…
Every tear…
Every prayer whispered over my babies as they slept…
I remember it all…

Now Watching them grow into their own—my Son now a man, my Daughter blossoming into a young Woman—

reminds me that all the sacrifices that were made for my babies it was worth it💕

Let’s take a look at my Sons Parents
Me and Michael Jr….

Today at the Club we were talking about roller skates and I had to bring out this old photo..

At the time this photo was taken we thought we were “old” I remembered how when I was “young” I would go skating at
Sweet-water Roller Rink in San Diego…how my Mom used to drop me off and I never wanted to leave…

This photo was taken in Spokane, Washington I’m not sure who took this photo but I’m so glad they captured it and more importantly I’m so glad I developed it..who develops photos any more ughhhh 😩

Life has a funny way of writing stories we never forget. Back in the days (when it was still Qualcomm Padres Stadium) in San Diego, that’s where I met my Sons Dad Michael Bernard he was actually introduced to me by my good friend Denise Woods….

Then in 1988, our greatest blessing came into the world—our son Baby Michael III

We were just two young souls, dreaming big and unfortunately life took us two different paths but we stayed the best of friends..

Today after I made sure to get my walk in before the rain came down 🌧️✨

There’s something so calming about being by the lake, listening to the birds sing, and just letting nature set the tone.

The the sky, the stillness—it reminds me to slow down, breathe, and appreciate the little moments that fill my soul with peace 💖

Walking isn’t just about fitness, it’s about grounding, releasing stress, and making space for gratitude.

Every step by that lake was a reminder that God’s beauty is always around us if we pause long enough to notice 🕊️🌿

My son will be 37 this year and my daughter will be 20years old..and when I look at these photos, my heart overflows.

Thank God our iPhones send these memories I NEED TO PRINT THESE PHOTOS and put them in albums like I used to do ughhhhhh!!!!!!

One was taken Christmas 2023 at the Magic Kingdom in Orlando, and the other all the way back in December 2009 at Disneyland in Los Angeles.

Two different times, two different seasons of life — but the same love, the same bond, and the same Mama’s heart that beats with gratitude.

When I see these side by side, I’m reminded of just how quickly time passes.

From strollers and snack packs to grown conversations and watching them become who God designed them to be, it’s been the greatest honor of my life to be their Mom.

These pictures are more than memories — they’re reminders that no matter where we are or how much life changes, the love of family never fades. ❤️✨

Ok Today’s dance class was FIRE!!! And shout out to my my babydolls and y’all always bring the heat and make the best back up dancers lol 💃✨

These G-Ma’s might not get every step perfect (okay, let’s be real Maria sometimes we had to freestyle 😅), but Michael brought the energy, the fun, and the bond we ALL share makes every beat worth it!!!! EVENTHOUGH Angela kept fussing at us because her routine was unmatched and we kept messing it up lol

Dancing reminds me that fitness doesn’t have to be a chore—it can be a celebration of life, friendship, and health.

Grateful for y’all keeping me accountable, lifting me up when I’m tired, and reminding me to sparkle through every move. 🪩💖
