I have officially earned my Certified Equine Ergonomist credential through Saddlefit 4 Life’s rigorous training program and will now be offering western saddle fitting evaluations to the public. Each session evaluates saddle fit for both horse and rider through the lens of anatomy and biomechanics. My training is non-brand-specific and commission-free, which means my only focus is providing you with unbiased recommendations tailored to your horse’s individual needs.

Each 2-hour evaluation includes:

✅Inspection of your current saddle’s condition
✅Horse measurements and gait evaluation
✅Chalk mapping of your horse’s back to outline the optimal saddle support area
✅Static saddle-to-horse fit assessment
✅Ridden evaluation of the horse-saddle-rider combination
✅Estride Harmony G5 Pressure Mat Analysis — a high-resolution mat with 900 sensors that captures real-time pressure distribution and rider balance at all gaits, providing objective data to identify pressure points and optimize saddle fit.

Our very first Elemental Insights Workshop is in the books—and what a special day it was 🐴✨

With a small, engaged group and plenty of hands-on time with horses, we explored how the 5 elements can offer a whole new lens for understanding and connecting with our equine partners.

This framework has the power to shift the way we interpret behavior, support both physical and emotional wellness, and deepen trust. It was beautiful to watch participants begin to recognize these patterns in their own horses and start putting what they learned into practice right away.

If you'd like to host this workshop at your barn or bring something similar to your area, I’d love to connect. It’s a powerful experience, and I’m so excited to share it with more horse people.

On Saturday, Essential Health for All and I taught our biggest clinic to date—and what an incredible day it was! We had the pleasure of working with the most fantastic group of horse owners, all willing to dedicate their entire Saturday to learning new skills and deepening their connection with their horses.

A heartfelt thank you to PDR Performance Horses for hosting us and creating such a welcoming and supportive space. Your hospitality made the day even more special.

Watching each participant experience the techniques and seeing the horses respond so beautifully was truly rewarding. We’re so grateful to be part of a community that’s eager to learn, share, and show up for their horses in such a thoughtful way.
