Lots of fun was had today at Santa Fe Trails Assisted Living & Memory Care! 🎉 We love coming together as a community to share resources and educate families on the many options for aging at home.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us—today we had medical home health, non-medical home health, assisted living, hospice, nursing, and rehab all in the house. TALK ABOUT A DREAM TEAM! 💙
