A little late but I want to let you know last week was one for the books at our office 💙

During spring break, we had the honor of caring for 24 individual families—with anywhere from 3 to 9 family members in a single visit. That means entire families showing up together, prioritizing their health, and investing in their well-being as a unit. This is on top of the normal daily one on one visits that fill our week.

There is something incredibly powerful about caring for not just one person, but whole families. When parents, kids, and even extended family commit to wellness together, the impact is deeper, stronger, and long-lasting.

We truly had an AMAZING week, and it wouldn’t be possible without each and every one of you who trust us with your care.

Are your kids on a probiotic? Most children’s probiotics are raising their histamine.

L. casei and L. bulgaricus are confirmed histamine producers. They are in many of the most popular children’s brands. Nobody tells you this.

The strains that actually help are mostly Bifidobacterium, a different genus and a different effect.
