Social Work Month Final Reflection

As we close out Social Work Month at Ridgeview Village, we reflect on the incredible role Social Workers play not only in our facility, but in every nursing home and rehabilitation setting.

Social Workers are the bridge.

They guide families through difficult decisions.
They coordinate safe and successful discharges.
They advocate for residents’ dignity and rights.
They bring clarity, compassion, and direction during times that can feel overwhelming.

At Ridgeview Village, we are especially grateful for our Social Worker, Cindy Ewing, and the heart she brings to every resident and family she serves.

Because of her, transitions are smoother.
Because of her, families feel supported.
Because of her, our Village is stronger.

To Cindy, and to all Social Workers in our community thank you.

Ridgeview Village was honored to join the Cleburne Leadership Prayer Breakfast on March 16. 🙏

At Ridgeview, our mission goes beyond the walls of our Village we are deeply committed to serving, supporting, and pouring into the community we call home. Being surrounded by so many leaders and prayer warriors reminded us just how powerful it is when a community comes together with purpose.
