As the year is coming to an end, and almost to the time when I closed my office, I just wanted to say thank you to everyone! And also I’m sorry that I really intended to be able to do more house calls on weekends, but studies and life events were more intense than I had expected. But now I’m really looking forward to a new career!

Also I meant to go get massages from a variety of other massage therapists in the region, and the budget and time for that was also lacking. But feel free to leave recommendations in the comments for other massage therapists in the area you’ve tried since I closed and what you like about them.

The only massage I’ve had this year was from my long time friend Tod Ramsey who does chair massage out at the Family Nutrition Center on Thursdays. Have a wonderful Christmas Everyone!!

In case you haven’t been told already, or might be confused, I’ve done a lot of the social media and online ID information change already, but I’m in the process of going back to my maiden name, Martin. I kept my married last name (Watkins) because the kids were young, and I figured I’d get remarried before now and change it, and while that might still happen, I want to graduate and get future licenses and certifications under my original name.

I will have my office til the end of the year, after which point I will be a very ful time student and will be significantly reducing availability. Might be checking into options for another location, probably will be doing only houssecalls on a limited basis.

If you’re feeling lost on what stretching to do, get an app to help! There are several good ones out there, this one looks good too. Getting 10 to 15 minutes of stretching a day will make a huge difference in your life! Consistency is key!
