It’s National Nurses Week, and we need to brag on our crew for a minute!!
If you’ve ever been greeted with a warm smile, had your blood pressure checked before you even sat down, or been reassured that yes, your symptoms make sense and no, you’re not being dramatic… you can thank our amazing nurses.
They are the heartbeat of our office... The calm in the chaos, the ones who somehow juggle phone calls, patient questions, care coordination, and still manage to make you laugh on your worst day.
They’re the reason this place runs, the reason our patients feel supported, and the reason we can deliver the care we’re so proud of.
So, to our nursing team:
💛 Thank you for your compassion
💛 Thank you for your patience
💛 Thank you for your hustle
💛 And thank you for showing up every single day with kindness and dedication!
Patients- if you see your favorite nurse this week, give them a high‑five, a smile, or a “you’re the real MVP,” because they absolutely are.

Happy National Nurses Week to our incredible team!
We appreciate you more than you know.

Colorectal cancer is one of the most preventable cancers—and early detection saves lives. Screening starting at age 45 can find precancerous polyps before they become cancer. Many people have no symptoms in the early stages, which is why staying up to date on screening is so important.
Talk with your healthcare provider about which screening option is right for you. Small steps today can make a life‑changing difference tomorrow. 💙

This month, our practice recognizes the importance of raising awareness about two rare but serious cancers: gallbladder cancer and bile duct (cholangiocarcinoma) cancer. Early detection can make a meaningful difference, yet symptoms often appear late or mimic other conditions, making awareness essential.
We encourage our patients to stay informed and speak with their healthcare provider if they experience:
• Persistent abdominal pain
• Unexplained weight loss
• Jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes)
• Nausea, vomiting, or changes in digestion
While these symptoms can be caused by many conditions, it’s always best to discuss any concerns with your care team. Our providers are here to support you with evaluation, guidance, and preventive care.
This month—and every month—we remain committed to empowering our community with knowledge, early intervention, and compassionate care.

Allergies acting up… or is your body just being dramatic again? If your “seasonal sniffles“ start bringing friends- like chest tightness, fever, or symptoms that don’t budge with your usual allergy meds- it might be more than pollen. When things feel off, persistent, or just plain weird, it’s a good time to check in with the doctor. We’ll help clarify whether it’s allergies… or your immune system taking creative liberties.

Our practice recognizes National Cancer Prevention Month as an important opportunity to reinforce the value of proactive health measures, evidence‑based screening, and patient education. Cancer remains a leading cause of illness and death, yet many risk factors are preventable through informed lifestyle choices and routine preventive care.
Throughout February, we encourage our patients and community members to stay engaged in their health by:
• Avoiding to***co and limiting harmful exposures
• Maintaining a balanced diet and regular physical activity
• Protecting skin from ultraviolet radiation
• Staying current with recommended cancer screenings and follow‑up care
Prevention and early detection play a critical role in improving long‑term outcomes. Our team remains committed to providing guidance, resources, and support to help individuals reduce their risk and make informed decisions about their health.
