Copper Dry Brushing: Worth the Hype?

I’ve been getting a lot of questions about copper dry brushes lately, so here’s a quick breakdown of the pros and cons

Pros:
• Boosts circulation and gives your skin a fresh, energized glow
• Provides deeper exfoliation than traditional dry brushes
• Can help stimulate lymphatic flow (great for reducing puffiness)
• Leaves skin feeling super smooth and refreshed
• Many people find it energizing and grounding at the same time

Cons:
• Much more intense than natural bristle brushes (not for sensitive skin)
• Can cause irritation if you use too much pressure
• Not recommended for areas with inflammation, rashes, or broken skin
• Easy to overdo it — more is NOT better
• The “detox” claims are often exaggerated

My tip: Start gently, use it a few times a week, and always moisturize after. Think of it as a boost to your routine — not a daily scrub-down.

As with anything body-related, listen to your skin. If it feels good and your skin responds well, it can be a great addition to your self-care ritual
