🌸 Mother’s Day Tea Celebration 🌸
We had the pleasure of hosting a beautiful Mother’s Day Tea here at our community, and it was truly a day to remember! 💐
Residents gathered with friends, family, and loved ones to celebrate the incredible women who have nurtured, guided, and inspired us throughout our lives. The room was filled with the sweet aroma of fresh tea, delicate finger sandwiches, and delicious desserts—carefully prepared and served with love.
Our tables were decorated with soft florals and elegant touches, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made everyone feel special and appreciated. Many residents shared cherished memories, laughter, and stories, reminding us all of the strength and love that mothers bring into our lives.
A highlight of the afternoon was seeing generations come together—daughters, sons, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren—honoring the remarkable women in their families. The smiles, hugs, and heartfelt moments made this event truly meaningful.
We are so grateful to our residents, families, and staff who helped make this celebration so special. 💖

We would like to introduce our newest Life enrichment team mate, Robin Perry will be leading the Dementia By Day program on the Memory care unit. We’re excited to have her become part of our life enrichment team as they learn new skills and approaches to provide compassionate, person-centered care for those living with dementia. Please help me give Robin Perry a warm welcome and support them as they begin this journey with us!”

Senior services leaders from Lutheran Services Carolinas attended the North Carolina Health Care Facilities Association’s 2026 Annual Convention & Expo at the Four Seasons in Greensboro, N.C. This year’s theme was Peace, Love, and Long-Term Care.

Sessions at the convention included identifying system gaps, artificial intelligence (AI), communicating across generations, regulations, and preparing for the future.

Trinity Rehab also hosted a social for our leaders during the conference. It was a great opportunity to connect, collaborate, and strengthen relationships within the healthcare community.

LSC Executive Director of Forsyth County Operations Cissy McCoy also snagged a photo with Justin Osmond, who was a speaker at the conference.

✨ Christmas Cheer at Our Assisted Living Community! ✨

There’s nothing quite like the magic of Christmas, and yesterday our community felt brighter than ever. Residents, families, and staff came together for a joyful Christmas party filled with music, laughter, and plenty of holiday spirit.

The room was glowing with twinkling lights and festive decorations, but the real sparkle came from the smiles on everyone’s faces. We enjoyed classic Christmas carols, sweet treats, warm cocoa, and moments that reminded us just how special this season truly is.

From heartfelt conversations to shared memories and a few happy tears, today was a beautiful reminder of the importance of connection. Our residents bring so much wisdom, warmth, and joy to this community, and celebrating with them is the greatest gift of all.

A huge thank-you to our staff and volunteers who made this event unforgettable—and to our residents and their families for filling the room with love.
