Oh my ❤️. My first sale of the day was a sweet lil guy who fell in love with my neon stripe pumpkin! 🥰 Y'all my heart is so full!! He came right up and looked at everything on my tables and he went between a rubber ducky and the pumpkin and when he came back with his Mama, she asked him if he wanted it because he pointed it out. 🥹
She said he's very artsy and loves bright colors so it was right up his ally. I'm so happy! Nothing gonna ruin this day now. 😉
I even forgot my props and baskets for this show today and was feeling pretty bummed about my set up. What a great start though! 💚

Tomorrow is the big day! 🤩 I'm really stoked to be a part of this Fall Festival in Pickens this year. As nerve racking as its been digging things out of storage, getting myself organized and making a few last minute items, I can't wait to get set up tomorrow!

Back at it. I tried really hard to finish up some training stuff yesterday but honestly the day turned into a runaway rollercoaster 🎢 That's okay!
I'm regrouping today and looking forward to in person training tomorrow. ☺️ All of this has forced me to go back to healthier routines and structure for my own wellness and that's been such a blessing!
I'm getting organized, my clarity is coming back and I've myself a priority again. That's something you just can't put a price tag on. ✨

Self care is multifaceted. 🌈
This means we have to be diligent in our efforts to recognize our needs AND address them. Being disciplined can be extremely tough for many of us, especially if we are also dealing with things like PTSD, Intellectual Disability or challenges, physical disability, Mental Health Issues, etc.
There are a multitude of factors that come into play.

I find it easy to create routines, but hard to stick with them long term sometimes. One of the most prevalent exercises in my own self care journey has been journaling.

There are many forms of journaling that are far from what most of us think of as just expelling all of our thoughts and feelings onto a piece of paper as if it is our dearest friend or even a therapist. 😅 And for a lot of folks it can just feel really daunting because well, where the hell do we even begin!? 😵‍💫

That's why guided journals are such a great tool! These days they're pretty easy to find, however, I do offer custom wellness boxes to assist those who don't wish to do the leg work. 😉
Below are just a couple examples of journals I have recently picked up for myself so I can get back on track after going through some traumatic events that caused some minor setbacks.
