The Vineyard School of Dance came to visit and put on an incredible show for our residents, complete with three costume changes that kept everyone smiling, clapping, and fully engaged from start to finish.

Our residents absolutely loved every performance the energy, the talent, and the joy these dancers brought into the room was truly special. You could feel the excitement with each new outfit and dance style!

A huge thank you to the Vineyard School of Dance for sharing your time, talent, and hearts with us. You were amazing, and we are so grateful for such a wonderful afternoon of entertainment and memories. 💃🩰💙

🐾🎄 A Day Full of Laughter, Color & Puppy Love! 🎄🐾

We had so much fun with Laura she always brings the best energy and so much laughter to our residents! We are so thankful for her and the joy she brings every time she walks through our doors. ❤️

This afternoon we colored the cutest Christmas ornaments, and just when we thought the day couldn’t get any sweeter… the SC Therapy Dogs strolled in! 🐶✨

The room lit up instantly. Smiles, cuddles, wagging tails, it was everything our hearts needed.

A huge thank you to Laura and SC Dogs for making our days so special for our Dominion family. We appreciate you more than you know! 🎄💛🐾

🍷 Wine, Paint & A Whole Lot of Laughter! 🍷🎨

We may not be Picasso 😄 but we sure had the best time at our Wine & Paint day here at Dominion! The LAUGHS were nonstop, truly you had to be a fly on the wall to catch some of the things said. 😂

Our residents painted the cutest snowbirds, and every single masterpiece had its own unique touch and personality. Add in a little sip of wine, and let’s just say the creativity was flowing!

This was definitely a hit and will for sure be making an appearance on next month’s calendar. ❤️✨
We love giving our residents moments filled with joy, creativity, and connection 😊

🍽️ Men’s Luncheon Outing 🍽️

Our gentlemen had such a wonderful time on yesterday’s outing! Everything flowed perfectly, and the laughter and good conversation made it even better. We were joined by Ben, Rick, and Lyn, who helped make the day special for everyone.

We enjoyed a classic meat-and-3 lunch at Dyer’s in Pendleton, and the food did not disappoint! Good plates, good company, and good memories all around.

We love these moments of fellowship with our residents, and we’re already looking forward to our next men’s outing!

✨ Cupcake Decorating with Donna! ✨🧁

Today’s activity was sweet from start to finish literally! Our residents were so excited for cupcake decorating that a few of them were ready to eat their treats before we even got the icing on. 😄

Miss Donna led the fun with lots of laughter, creativity, and (of course) sprinkles. The residents loved choosing colors, toppings, and making their cupcakes their own. Moments like these always bring out the biggest smiles and the best stories.

We’re so thankful for Donna and for all the joy she brings to our community. 💛

We started the morning yesterday by spoiling our incredible staff with a cozy hot cocoa bar as a little “thank you” for always being so willing to jump in and help me and Lyn with activities. ❤️

Then we welcomed the Mount Lebanon Elementary Gifted & Talented Chorus, and let me tell you… they were amazing! 🥹 Their voices filled our halls with Christmas cheer.

Of course, it wouldn’t be Friday without Bingo, and our residents were READY. 😂

We also had a special visit from the Clemson University girls dance team, and they were amazing performers, such a treat on this busy Friday! Everyone was oohing and ahhing 🤩

Meanwhile, Lyn has the halls fully decked out for Christmas in Tapestry and everything looks magical. 🎄✨

Miss Laura joined us to help make Christmas ornaments, and they turned out adorable.Our loved her visit and creativity. Catherine also spent time with our residents doing fun activities, which added even more smiles. And to top it off, Lyn spoiled them with homemade French toast, and it was a HIT! 🍞💛

We are so grateful for our staff who jump in, help with activities, and support our residents with so much heart. Dominion truly feels like family because of them. ❤️

Also…….. in between all the fun, we kept the festive spirit going with our Feliz Navidad Social, plus we took time to spoil our amazing Clemson volunteer girlies who always show up for us no matter what!

It was definitely a full and joyful time here at Dominion, laughter, music, crafts, and Christmas spirit all around. ❤️🎶🎄

📰 What a wonderful, busy day at Dominion! ☕️

Our morning started with current events and great conversation over fresh coffee and Christmas Tree Cakes, the perfect mid-morning treat! We chatted about what’s happening around the world, and our residents truly enjoyed sharing their thoughts and staying connected to worldly events.

Next, we stayed busy decking the halls and getting things ready for the holidays. Then our ladies had so much fun creating pinecone Christmas tree ornaments, such a sweet and festive craft that brought lots of smiles.

Meanwhile, my amazing volunteer Karley stepped up to take a few residents over to the Christmas Market at Patrick Square, and let’s just say the golf cart was a lifesaver! 😂 Karley and I laughed the entire time, and our group had an absolute blast shopping, strolling, and soaking in the Christmas cheer. 🛍️✨

So thankful for our residents, volunteers, laughter, and all the joy this season brings! ❤️

The Dominion Elves had the best time at the Clemson Christmas Parade! 🎄❤️ It was loud, crazy, joyful, and full of so much laughter, truly a night to remember!

Our residents loved riding through the parade, waving at all the kids and everyone along the route, and soaking in all the Christmas cheer. The energy was unreal, and the smiles never stopped!

Ben once again spoiled us with to-go plates, and let us just say… those wraps were AMAZING! 🙌 Everyone’s belly was definitely full and happy.

We even recruited one of the workers to hop on the bus and join us as an elf and he was a total team player! 😂 The singing, laughing, and Christmas spirit made the whole ride absolutely magical.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this night so special. These memories mean everything to us! ❤️🎅❄️

Today was definitely a Monday!!! whew! 🎄☕️ We started our morning off sweet and cozy with devotion, hot cocoa, and Christmas stories to get everyone in the spirit. Dominion is getting CHRISTMAS READY! (Lots of other trees to come)
👀 🎄

During lunch, I passed out our December calendars, newsletters, and weekly schedules so everyone can see all the fun we have planned ahead! After lunch we loaded up on the bus and went out for a little ride just to enjoy some fresh air and take in the scenery, they absolutely loved getting out and about! 🚍❤️

When we got back, it was time for ice cream, Christmas trivia, and our LEFT/RIGHT gift game. The laughter was nonstop! Ed ended up with the gift at the end and was tickled to death! 😁

We are so excited for the Christmas parade tomorrow night, be sure to look for us on the Dominion Bus! 🎅🎁✨

Yesterday, the day after Thanksgiving, was a little quieter around Dominion as many of our residents spent time with their loved ones. Those who were here enjoyed a relaxed day filled with smiles, bingo fun, and celebrating our end-of-the-month birthdays! 🥳

While the holiday weekend brought a slower pace, we’re already buzzing with excitement because December is right around the corner, and it’s going to be busy, festive, and oh so fun! We can’t wait to share all the joy, activities, and special moments ahead. 🎄✨
