• Stuffed Spinach-Basil Sweet Potato – a soft, tender sweet potato topped with flavorful pesto chicken for a perfect on-the-go meal prep option.

• Homemade Hummus – a traditional hummus that can easily be customized to match your taste! Try adding roasted red pepper, spinach and artichokes, roasted garlic, or sun-dried tomatoes.

• Homemade Tzatziki Sauce – a cool and refreshing sauce that pairs perfectly with flatbread, chicken, fish, or salads.
