✨ Patient Success Story ✨ Meet Mrs. Waller, an inspiring 82-year-old patient at Palm Garden Health Winter Haven.

Mrs. Waller was in a skilled nursing facility recovering from a stroke and undergoing rehabilitation. On top of that, she had been living with chronic pain for over 60 years following her pregnancies — pain that never truly went away. After her stroke, her mobility was extremely limited, and she was unable to move independently.

That’s when our team at Florida Spine & Pain Institute met with her and discussed the possibility of Interventional Pain Management — an option she didn’t even know was available.

Although she was initially fearful of injections, Mrs. Waller decided to give it a chance.

After receiving bilateral knee injections, her transformation has been remarkable:
