I had a client tell me this week,
“I didn’t do much… I just got out of bed, answered a text, and ate lunch.”
And I looked at them and said,
“That’s everything.”
Because progress isn’t always loud.
Sometimes, it whispers.
It shows up as brushing your teeth after three days.
Or drinking water when anxiety says not to.
And the truth is…
Even slow progress is still progress.
Don’t let the world rush your healing.
You’re doing better than you think.
