“Love Doesn’t Die—It Transforms”
Yesterday as I was leaving work through the back door, I accidentally hit someone on the other side—a young man quietly charging his phone from an outdoor outlet. I apologized several times and wished him a good day. He packed up silently, hopped on his skateboard, and left.
Before I pulled away, I noticed something written on the door where he had been standing:
“F* LOVE.”**
I just sat there.
My first thought: “Who broke your heart?”
My second: deep sadness—for him, and for anyone carrying that kind of pain.
But here’s what I know in my soul:
Love doesn’t die. Love transforms.
Love can change form.
Sometimes it leaves through people.
Sometimes it arrives through strangers.
Sometimes it hides inside hard lessons, loss, or silence.
But God is love. And God doesn’t leave us—not even in our heartbreak, not even when we curse love out loud.
If you're suffering like that—mentally, emotionally, financially—please know:
You matter.
You’re not invisible.
And if you ever need a place just to feel better, to feel seen, to feel human again...
Come see me.
Therapeutic touch is healing.
No shame. Just care.
Because sometimes, love doesn’t show up the way we expected.
But it still shows up.
