En muchas ocasiones cuando una mujer se convierte en madre, invierte todo su enegia al desarrollo de sus hijos/as y en muchas ocasiones se olvida del auto-cuidado. Recuerda que para dar lo mejor de ti a tus chicos/as debes cuidarte, sanar y amarte a ti misma.

Muy interesante este dato sobre la parte genética del autismo. Esto esta muy relacionado al porque las madres tienen más propensidad de desarrollar problemas auto-inmunes.

Felicidades a todas en estas época. Solo un recordatorio para lo que ya ustedes saben.
1. Diseñen unos días bonitos de acuerdo a las necesidades de su familia.
2. En algunos casos, esperen situaciones incomodas (posible crisis) pues es demasiada estimulación sensorial.
3. Desconéctese de los medios sociales si entiende que les hace daño ver como otras personas celebran la navidad.
4. Identifique tres areas de progreso en este año de su hijo. ¡Y no olvide comunicarselas!
5. Identifique cinco situaciones que usted entiende manejo efectivamente. Por ejemplo, fui al neurologo y le pude comunicar todas mis inquietudes pues las escribi. Otro ejemplo sería: a su hijo le dio una crisis y realizo ejercicios de respiración para usted pues sabes que a largo plazo hay probabilidad de desarrollar un desorden de ansiedad o que comenzastes a meditar para ayudar a regular tu sistema nervioso.
6. Identifica cinco cosas por las cuales estas agradecida. Estoy agradecida por mi esposo, mis hijos, mis hermanas, mis amigas y que tengo un trabajo flexible. Agradecida de mi perrito 🐶, que tengo techo y alimento para los mios.
