Dexascan tomorrow and it’s been 16 weeks since my last one. I am about 7lbs heavier, probably put on some body fat, and I’m guessing (hoping) I also gained significant muscle mass (at least that’s what I’m feeling). And the N=1 experiment continues 😉🌀♾❤️

One exercise that was more effective than a year of physical therapy and massage therapy consisting of manual therapy “rubbing the spot that hurts” and localized therapeutic exercises for the “rotator cuff & scapular stabilizers” for the treatment of a medical diagnosis of “Left Upper Trapezius pain”….
I’m a fan of manual therapy as a means to an end to assist one to have a physical experience that ordinarily they would not be able to attend to on their own in relationship to their capacity to move. But when you teach them a specific exercise that allows them to sense and recapture space and to own this new found sense, well, that’s just plain awesome.

Just about 86% back to normal…
It’s a great day.

For Real…
A case of intermittent “facial pinched nerve” that tested well for possible Dental Integration but was better off addressed through a Movement Solution…
And a case of unexplained movement dyskinesia where the top Neurologists in Central Florida ruled out major pathologies but were unable to provide any other insights…and it turns out it may most likely be a Grounding issue….
And a case of chronic neck pain that was most likely brought on by a prescription for Invisalign braces…
I may not have all the “answers” but I sure do ask a lot of QUESTIONS….
And I also have an incredibly vivid IMAGINATION.
And I can Imagine every Client, every Patient, already WHOLE. And for me, this is what I consider “HEALTH”; HEALTH is WHOLENESS…
