Yesterday I led a sound bath for the Florida Lululemon sales managers after a full day of leadership meetings… and the shift in the room was undeniable.

You could feel everyone slowly exhale — moving out of the mental demands of the day and into a space of stillness and restoration.

Despite the cold and wind today, we dropped into a powerful heart-opening journey 🤍
Each experience carries its own energy, and today was about healing the heart, releasing old stories, grief, resentment, and returning to self-love, forgiveness, empowerment, and Divine unconditional love.

Some felt tightness in the chest dissolve into peace.
Others revisited memories of past hurts, loved ones, and dear pets.
Reiki gently brings unconscious heart blocks into awareness, and sound helps move them through the body until they release.
This is alchemy ✨
