Dr. Jason Wilt is a board-certified physician in Emergency Medicine and Primary Care Sports Medicine, dedicated to helping patients live active, pain-free lives. His practice focuses on restoring mobility, reducing discomfort, and helping patients keep up with the activities that they are passionate about through personalized, evidence-based care.

Dr. Wilt specializes in non-surgical procedures for musculoskeletal conditions, including steroid injections, viscosupplementation, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP).  He is a strong advocate for regenerative medicine, believing that therapies like PRP offer, promising results for a wide range of orthopedic and sports-related injuries. 

Another key part of Dr. Wilt’s approach is helping patients manage chronic pain without relying on opioid medications. He works closely with each individual to develop safe, sustainable strategies that support both physical and emotional well-being.

A Note to Dr. Lucas' Patients

To my patients,
After 31 years, I am retiring from surgical and clinical practice officially on July 1, 2025. It has been a fulfilling career. I value every relationship and friendship I have formed through the years. I fondly remember driving through the "Gem of the Hills" on my way to college and medical school at the University of Florida, admiring the beauty of the community. Little did I know at the time; I would spend my entire professional career in Clermont. Many of you watched my children grow up, taken my wife, Kaki's, fitness classes, and have been part of the "family" in my practice.

I am incredibly grateful for the trust and confidence you placed in me, and thank you for the privilege of being your physician. I wish you the absolute best and look forward to crossing paths in the community. Finally, I am especially indebted to my wife and family. They have given me immense support and understanding throughout my professional life.

I would like to thank my wonderful office staff. They have provided a personal touch to patient care, ensuring the practice runs smoothly. I am fortunate to have worked with partners who are well-trained and excellent surgeons. Dr. Ben Miller, a partner in our practice, will be taking over the care of my patients.
