Today June 20th is Provident's 9th year anniversary of the 1st day We saw patients at 801 Marshall Farms. Our landlord at the time who we worked alongside was the wonderful Dr. William Mills. He has now been retired for a few years. We survived covid and many changes in the healthcare industry here in Fl. We Thank God that we are still going forward. We are relocating to

Hello, especially to all our united healthcare patients. Whether you have a dual plan, a medicaid product or an h m o...
United healthcare appears to be showing many specialists and primary care physicians throughout our part of florida as being out of network when, in fact, they are In network and fully recrudentialed and attesting in a timely manner. This is a mistake on behalf of united healthcare. Who is sending out letters To patients that are inaccurate. Please do not panic.
We are doing everything we can to work together.To get this resolved, which is a mistake on their part and due to their UHC system. Provident is fully attested and credentialed and still accepting existing and new patients.
Please continue to receive your care at our office. We will register case numbers with UHC to make sure they meet their obligations on behalf of patients.
We are currently accepting all UHC products.
This appears to be yet another UHC poor effort that will affect hundreds of physicians and thousands of patients at least in the state of Florida.
Therefore, we are informing you as the consumer. So you know where the responsibility lays, so we will be able to assist you as much as is possible working with UHC

update From MA during morning clinic for Orlando, health referrals and hospital patients
Please have Orlando Health affiliated patients bring Cds with them containing their imaging To any follow up visits in our office starting today Oct 21st 2024.
Orlando Health has not disclosed what the issue is, but they are having a PACs system incident that is impacting outline clinics everywhere in our area.
Our medical assistant is still not able to view the imaging for doctor at all as of this morning Monday.. Still get the spinning cogwheel but no images.
This is an issue created by Orlando Health. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate any assistance you can give us.

Closing for Hurricane Milton

Our offices will be closing today Wed October 9th, 2024 at noon. We will remain closed on Thursday.

Friday's opening will be determined after damages are assessed. At this time, we are hopeful that we will be able to reopen on Friday.

Due to the effects of Hurricane Helene our office will be closing by 11:30 AM today, Thursday. It is our plan that we will be able to be open as scheduled tomorrow Friday.
