Until the end of 2015, she had been practicing in a shared building with Dr. Shazia Nasir of South Lake Medical Center. The practice is dedicated to providing patients with high quality healthcare. The practice has taken many steps to continue to improve health outcomes while reducing healthcare expenditures. ning certification as a Level 3 NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH). In January 2016, Dr. Mediratta moved to her new location to continue to expand her practice.
