Our Story

Classes are open to both Men and Women. One Yoga opened its doors in 2011. Now 6 years later we have grown to a 3000 square foot space with 2 studios a lounge and private treatment rooms. Our highly trained and experienced teachers and welcoming community will make you feel right at home from the moment you walk through our doors. You don't need prior experience, elite athleticism, flexibility or fancy yoga clothes, just a willingness to step through the door and an open heart and mind. We embrace the ancient traditions of yoga while making the practice relevant for modern times.
