Treat yourself to a flower today. Buy one at the store or pick one if you can. It doesn’t have to be expensive or fancy. Bring it home, place it in water, and let it brighten your space.

Take a second to appreciate something lovely, chosen with yourself in mind. It’s a way to remind yourself that you deserve nice things, even in tiny, everyday ways.

"I would like to thank EVERYONE at FCHR in the downtown Clermont office for all they did for my husband. Cindy was his therapist until he was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and then Ted Langdon and Dawn Forde came to our home to do physical and occupational therapy with him. "Hilary, Shannon and the therapists have been a delight to work with. They bend over backwards to find the right therapists for our daughter. She receives PT, OT and Speech therapy through Mobility Rehab and they have always had her best interests in mind.
