✨ Abdominoplasty with muscle repair ✨

Our lovely patient had a previous C-section and wanted to get rid of the excess skin to tighten the abdomen and have a smooth tummy. We sewed the abdominal wall muscles together, pulled the skin down tight, got rid of any excess skin and fat and this is the result!!

Her scar will continue to heal and fade over time. The best part is that it will easily be hidden in a bathing suit or underwear!

✨ A beautiful breast augmentation with a vertical breast lift that accounts for ni**le asymmetry and lower pole stretch. Here we used a soft touch implant that looks natural and fits her chest wall proportions.
Excess skin was removed on the lower pole of her breasts to create a symmetrical breast, as well as align the ni**les to the center of the breasts.

Our lovely patient has saline implants for over 20 years until one ruptured. She took this opportunity for an implant exchange with Natrelle soft touch cohesive implants.

Saline 425cc ➡️ Cohesive silicone 495cc

🧸 These “gummy bear” natural feel implants are going to look and feel natural with an incredible durability.

We revised the inframammary fold to remove a crescent of excess skin and achieve symmetry. Additionally, lateral capsulorrhaphy was done to tighten the pocket and ensure the implants stay centered to their sides if the chest.

This week is all about breast implant exchange revisions!!! If you’re wondering, we perform PEC repairs when a patient has their implants “under the muscle” (under the pectoral is major) and we switch the implant position to “over the muscle”. There are many benefits to this pocket exchange
