Hey Central FL! ☀️ I'm Dr. Mariela Lopez Sadrameli, a board certified plastic surgeon and founder of Ela Plastic Surgery. ✨ I started my practice in Houston in 2020, and thanks to a strong network of supportive women - friends, patients, colleagues - all sharing their experiences and sending people my way, it grew into something really special.

Now I'm here in CF and seeing patients from Orlando, Clermont, Winter Garden, Minneola and beyond. I still fly back to Houston every couple of months to do surgery and see longtime patients, but I'm excited to be building something new here too!

I specialize in breast and body procedures - like augmentations, reductions, liposuction, tummy tucks, and arm lifts - as well as injectables, botox, and revision surgeries.

Please read this if you are interested in having plastic surgery! You must educate yourself. 📖📚💻Research your procedure and your “surgeon”. Is your surgeon a board certified plastic surgeon? Or did they follow someone around for a year to do a “cosmetic surgery fellowship” which is NOT recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties??? This “fellowship” isn’t enough to get them hospital privileges for these “plastic surgery” procedures for a reason! They can only do them in their offices. It is so unethical!

Off label for stubborn belly fat. This patient is already super thin but is bothered by a small pocket of belly fat that she can’t get rid of with diet and exercise. 🤩

Can diabetics get tummy tucks? The answer is yes as long as their glucose levels are consistently in a healthy range! This 60 year old patient had and had significant ⬇️⬇️⬇️

She was able to manage her sugars with lifestyle changes and brought her to a normal range! Yes it can be done! 💥💥💥

In addition to being a diabetic, she had a history of multiple abdominal surgeries with significant scarring. She was not an easy case but with careful planning and patient compliance, she did great! 👏👏👏

This patient had a and lost almost 100 lbs! 🏆She also has a history of an autoimmune disease that requires her to take strong medications 💊 that suppress her immune system🙅🏻‍♀️ these meds make plastic surgery very tricky because patients can be prone to developing infections 🦠 and wound healing issues ❤️‍🩹 With careful planning before, during and after surgery👩🏻‍⚕️, she did well!
